What Could The Soreness In Shin With Bruising Indicate?

I am 14 and for the last 6 weeks I have been suffering from really soar shins, it feels like the front of my shin is permanently bruised but there no visible injury but I feel a lot of bumps down my shin when a run my finger firmly down them. Does anybody know what the problem is and even better if they know a cure :).
