if you please help me to know what dose it mean and is it good or no it is for the mtility percentage within one hour rapid forward progressive 30 % Moderate progressive 25 % Sluggished progressive 05 % immotile 40 % plz advice

Your findings suggests almost normal findings.
Normally sperm motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests total 60 % motile sperms.
Take nutritious diet,antioxidants and do exercise.
Avoid smoking and alcohol if you take these things.
These factors will further improve sperm motility.
