What Could The Unexplained Bump Between The Eyebrows Be?

I have a bump on my head between my eyebrows. I did not hit my head at all and it s not a zit and it doesnt not feel like a bug bite. Every time i drink water it feels less pressured but its still there, what is this and what should i do? Also it appeared overnight.

Based on your query, my opinion is
1. The lump/ swelling according to your description could be a cystic lesion mostly epidermoid or dermoid cyst.
2. Cysts are common in head and neck region, they are not of much concern as they are trivial lesions.
3. However to know the nature of lesion, you have to get it examined, fine needle aspiration cytology would help.
4. Depending on the type of lesion, you can go for excision, if its of cosmetic concern.
