What Could The Vaginal Discharge Be?

hi, I am 10 weeks pregnant. I am seeing some yellow string like tissue in my vaginal discharge which is almost thick.its about two weeks. and Im sure it is not infection.it doesnt smell. but Im worried if it might be a missed misscarriage.can you please tell me what you think.thank you.
