What Could The Vaginal Growth Protrusion Be?

i was looking at my vagina today and i noticed that theres this thing that sticks out it looks like a worm kinda but i know its part of my vagina.. and it goes in and out.. im just wondering is this normal.. and what is it called.. and its not my pee hole lol
