What Could The Vaginal Lump Be?

Hello, I am a 29 wf. I had a partial hysterectomy. They only left my ovaries. They removed everything because after the keep and cone procedures didn t work. Now I discovered a bump the size of my finger tip inside my vagina. What could this be. I have a Dr appt set up but its 3 weeks away.
