What Could Throbbing, Swelling And Tenderness In Toes Indicate?

The bottom of my right big toe is throbbing and starting to swell up, it is very tender to touch and when I try and cut my toe nail or touch the top of my toenail it affects the bottom and its the exact same with my left big toe but not as bad as the right

Hi,
It seems that there might be having toe nail bed infection giving this problem.
As this problem is on both big toe nail, this can be due to ill-fitted shoes.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Avoid wearing shoes for few days.
Ok and take care.
