What Could Tingling And Burning Clitoris With Inflammed, Irritated Urethra Indicate?

Hi, I have been experiencing a tingly feeling in my clit, sometimes feels like it s burning. My uretha is irritated and looked inflamed. It doesn t burn like a UTI when I pee though. I ve had UTI s before and doesn t feel like that. I ve taken home remedies to help cure what I thought might be yeast, or UTI, or vaginitus. I ve draken lots of water, garlic, cleaned with baking soda, sipped water with apple cider vinegar. I feel good during the day, when it s night time my symptoms act up more. Feel like I have a full bladder all the time. When I release pee it s only a teaspoon. Also there is a slight abdomine pain when my symptoms act up later in the evening. What is this?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Burning sensation while urinating, tingling sensation in clitoris and lower abdominal pain are suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI). I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of urine routine and urine culture. In the meanwhile, a broad spectrum antibiotic can be started.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
