What Could Tingling Face And Arms With Facial Cramps Suggest?

last night i got tingiling my face and my arms then my face whent really hard like my whole face was cramping up and i couldnt move my lips to speak or take a drink at the same time my arms from the elbows up to my hands carmped up that bad i had no use of my hands my thumbs crossed over my fingers and my fingers started to curl down then my hands curled down and my forearms were rock hard with lots of veins popping out and very very bad pain in both forearms and my face then i had to be carryed out of the car into the house because my legs and feet were numb.
