What Could Tingling Followed By Sharp Pain Around Anus Indicate?

Please help! For the past three days I ve had this tingling feeling around my butt hole and then at night around 10 I feel really sharp knife- like pains around my butt hole and it usually lasts for 2-3 hours. I ve also had a lot of discharge, I had a mild cramp. I don t know if worms could be inside of me or its muscle spasms... Etc. please help I don t know if I should tell my mom and go to the doctor or wait to see how I feel later.

I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
What us your age? Do u have constipation? Is there any blood in stools? Is there painful defecation? Is it tender to touch? Is it warm and associated with fever? What is the colour of discharge?
In my opinion it appear to be either a boil or abscess... It may be anal fissure? Worm infestation give you itchiness and burning but no pain...
In my opinion it you better see a surgeon so that proper examination can be carried out for definitive diagnosis...
Meanwhile use GTN ointment cream at anus along with laxative if u have constipation. Consult your doctor as soon as possible
