Hello and welcome to HCM,
Swelling and soreness of thighs could be due to fungal infection.
Tingling sensation, however, is unlikely to be due to fungal infection.
Tingling sensation is most often due to nerve related disorders.
Irritation, compression or trauma to nerves can lead to symptoms of tingling etc.
Thus, I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment of the nerves, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
