What Could Tiny Bumps On Shaft Of Penis Indicate?

Hi, I have a few, 10 to 12 little bumps on the shaft of my penis, they are not painful or discolored however I am concerned, I do shave the shaft regularly and think it may just be from hair growth however I am not sure. Do you have any suggestions? Thank You,

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion need to be kept under observation for any changes most of the time it could be sebaceous cyst, it is advisable to get done the clinical examination for right diagnosis and management because as long as the skin lesions are concern clinical examination is the gold test hope this information helps.
