What Could Twinge In Left Nostril With Clear Liquid Discharge Indicate?

My left nostril developed an uncomfortful twinge about an hour and a half ago. Now clear liquid is leaking out of it. I had balloon surgery in January. Could a small hole have occurred, and could this be brain fluid? How long can I wait to see a doctor before I am at risk for meningitis (if, indeed, it is a hole? Thanks.

These need to investigated [there is possibility with this surgery of leaking CSF fluid or brain fluid] MRI is needed to rule out [prophylactic antibiotic course can be started] you need to visit your surgeon or physician. No need to fear or go psychological up-down these simple tests will tell and treatable too [till then do some sukshm yoga, sahaj meditation can bring more calmness and relaxation and can release psychological stress u can join art of living programme] eat healthy, listen music, meet good friends, family, dance, smile more natural healers.
