What Could Two Small, Dark Spots On My Penis Be If They Ve Appeared Recently?

I have two small dark spots on my penis, the only person ive had sex with is my wife and ive been using a condom since febuary this year. They jusy appeared a couple weeks ago what could it be. I thought maybe irriation from the condoms i was using but it hasnt gone away They are tiny and on the side of the head they dont itch or burn, i think they were red for a couple days but have since gotten dark. They arent rasied as a matter of fact it look to me like they are ripped areas of skin but i cant tell. Ive been tested for herpes, HIV, and syphilis. I thought it could be hpv, but those are usually raised i thought and i havent had sex with anyone but my wife for years now

Hello,

Since you have no other sexual partner but wife. Take care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly to prevent pimples or heat rash. Clean the smegma around the glans regularly. Even if it is not itching or burning do not scratch. Avoid sex for a couple of days till it goes away. You can apply ointment Clotrimazole on the affected area. In case i is itchy you can apply ointment hydrocortisone.

Change your clothes & do not wear clothes on which you have sweated. Your symptom is likely to go away in a few days. In case it persists get clinically examined by a Urologist to rule out PPP, Fordyce spots, pimples which are harmless condition. PPP, is harmless condition but can be removed by laser therapy for cosmetic purpose. To stay on the safer side get done STD tests, you will be treated accordingly.
