What Could Typhoid With Loss Of Appetite And Elbow Pain Suggest?

i have been recently diagnosed with typhoid and o guess i lie some where at the borderline, since yesterday i have lost quite some appetite, feeling pain in my wrist,elbow and ankles alot. there's a very typical trend seen in fever which is (99.5 being the lowest and 101.2 max.) insipte of the medicines i'm taking. I feel tired walking just 10 steps :(...pls. suggest where am I heading with this...
