What Could Vaginal Burns With Painful Urination Indicate?

Hi doctor. I have a burning sensation in my vagina. It is usually more during early morning. Once i drink a pot of water it decreases. But if i eat spicy food it surfaces again. I am also experiencing discomfort while urinating and having sex. What could this be?
