What Could Vaginal Discharge With Metallic Taste In Mouth Suggest?

Hi,I was to get my periods on 28th August. I have not yet got them. So I checked for pregnancy today on 5th September. But my test came negative. I am also having vaginal discharge which is colorless and odorless.Additionally having headaches and metallic taste in my mouth and fatigue. Am I pregnent or is it delayed periods? What should I do. Please help.
