What Could Vaginal Lumps Suggest?

im 26 years old, weighing 61lbs, female,,i noticed a big lump in the right side of my vagina just between my right leg...it hurts so much...and my doctor gave me antibiotics... which he said he will monitor it if the antibiotics will make the lump smaller... i noticed that after 3 days of taking the medicine the lump still hurts and nothing change.what do you think is the possible sign of this...is it a ceist... if afraid its cancerous

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some benign cyst lie batholin cyst or some soft tissue tumour arising from vagina or vulva. Chances of cancer are less likely. Still you should go for biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
