What Could Vaginal Pain With Brown Discharge And Dizziness Suggest?

hi i have been having really sharp vaginal pain and yellow and brown discharge pains in anus stomach and back feeling really dizzy and lethargic had lacaroscopy which should mild endometriosis test for std are all clear not been in relationship for 4 years feel my life is on hold as it is dominated by this pain that never goes away have asked doctor for the camera up front but she doesn't seem to think this will help Iam at my wits end please help.
