What Could Vibrating Sensation In The Back Region Suggest?

I just got off work and thinking that my labour job has something to do with it but when I sit still I get a vibrating on the left side of my back for a few seconds, almost like a chill sort of inside the muscle and didn't know if it had to do with my lung? Please help! Thank-You!
