How do I stop myself from having a baby? I do not want a baby and I have been having pains in my side. I had protected (he used a condom and I m on the pill) sex about four days ago and now my stomach hasn t been feeling right. This morning I even vomited. I want to make sure I m not pregnant and stay that way.

Every contraceptive method has failure rate but you had used two methods so chances of failure is extremely rare.

Abdominal pain and vomiting seems to be due to gastritis. Contraceptive pill might have caused it. You can try over the counter antacids. If not improve consult your doctor. Avoid spicy food and take contraceptive pill with food.

If you miss your period then you can go for urinary pregnancy test, (after 4-5 days of expected period date)available at any chemist shop

Feel free to ask if any queries.

Hope this advice helped you.
