What Could Vomiting During Menses With Dizziness Suggest?

I usually have a 6 to 7 day period. About a week and a half ago I had a 3 day period and was throwing up during my period which isn't normal. I have had nausea ever since. Im very tired all the time and feel dizzy sometimes. I just had a little bit of clear slimy oderless discharge. Should I take a pregnancy test or do you think it could be something else?
