What Could Water-logged Blisters On Penile Head Indicate?
My boyfriend has small water like blisters on the head of his penis under his foreskin ( he is not circumcised). He says in is not painful and doen't bother him. He says he has always had that but I just noticed it a few months ago. Could ou tell me what this could be.

You have noticed he length and size of your penis has gradually reduced since last 2 years.
Please note that the penis contains erectile tissue and urethra and not any muscle mass so there is no way that it will reduce in size or girth.It is the erectile tissue which is spongy in nature that gets collapsed .
Please have a trial of drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra) to get good hard erection.
Please note that there are no medications that will increase te length ans girth of penis.
