What Could Watery Discharge Form Vagina Post Sex Suggest?

hey today i had clear watery stuff come out of my vagina. i have sex with my boyfriend everyday and sometimes he doesnt pull out. Does the clear watery stuff mean something? can i be pregnant? . it really didnt have all that much of a smell and i havent had any signs of infections
