What Could Weak Arm, Nausea, Slight Pain In Chest With Lightheadedness Suggest?

Yes, thank you. I am feeling weird tonight. My left arm feels weak and I feel nauseous. A while ago I had a brief but slight pain in the left side of my chest. I also feel lightheaded, have a slight headache. Please let me know what these symptoms mean.
