Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that due to tongue bite there has been tear in tongue mucosa leading to inflammation in the area as well as formation of a traumatic ulcer..
Nothing to worry as it is nothing serious and will resolve soon.
You can apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
You can also take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen to relieve inflammation and pain..
You can also do cool compresses over it or suck ice pops..
Do not take spicy and hard foods and take a soft bland diet..
Gargle with alcohol free antiseptic mouthwash to prevent infection.
In case of no improvement consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
