What Could White Discharge From Penis Of A Child Indicate?

Hi, my years old son had a hematuria three moth ago,the Doctor checkes him and aal blood and urine tests that he asked for was came back normal.now the hematuria was stoped, but i notice a white discharge in his pant many times, l am not sure what it could be

Thanks for posting in HCM.
In your question the age of your son you forgot to mention so difficult to comment whether it could be semen or something else.
Assuming he is younger and had problems as you stated I suspect it could be pus coming out of penis due to some pathology in upper tract of urine. If he is already on some antibiotics or medications it will be advisable to continue the same for prescribed tie period and see whether this problem resolves.
If it doesn’t then again get a urine routine examination or take him to a urologist so as to see the exact source of the white substance and get it examined.
