What Could White Flaky On Vagina Suggest?

I have white flakey things on my vagina. They're on the inside of my labia majors and they're kind of gooey. If I wipe my finger on it, they come right off. My vagina does not itch nor do I have any other symptoms. I was just wondering what this could be and whether or not it could be bad?
