What Could White, Flat Papules On Skin Near Inner Corner Of The Eye Mean?

Hi, I m a healthy 30 yo, 5 5 , 140 lbs female who complains of white, flat disk-like papules on the skin under the eye near the inner corner of the left eye. I don t think it s xanthelasma (it isn t yellow) or vitiligo (not just white but a raised disk papule) ...but what else could it be?
