What Could White Pimples On Vagina Suggest?

i have white pimples on my vagina, it looks like fat glands or something, i cant pop it, i really scared. but those pimples doesn't hurt at all, i even forget that i have this problem if i'm not looking on my vagina. but i do think about it. what it is? should i go to the doctor?
