What Could White, Slightly Raised Lesion On Bridge Of Nose Found In Ultrasound Dexfoliation Indicate?

I had a facial dermal ultrasound treatment yesterday. During the process, the aesthetician inspected my skin with a light lamp and discovered a white, slightly raised lesion on the bridge of my nose. The ultrasound exfoliation was able to make this lesion visible. I will have a trusted facial plastic inspect this -it was not even noticable without the ultrasound facial. What s your take on this? (My 84 yr old dad just had extensive basal cell cancer removed from face, nose & scalp, requiring a tubercle flap)
