What Could White Specks On Vagina With Sores Suggest?

Hi, i have little white specks on the inside of my vagina, for severla months now i have been suffering with tearing in the vaginal area and it is very uncomfortable and irritable, it goes red rore and it very sore to touch, i have been using sudo cream to stop the irritation for several weeks however ive suddenly got these spots/specks, i have been with my partner for 2 years and use protection all the time so im confused on what it could be, please can you give me an answer to what it is
