What Could Whitish Lumps In Breast Nipple Be?

I have a whitish lump in the center of my nipple. It is large enough to show through my jammies when I am not wearing a bra. It doesn't hurt but it looks odd. I have had similar lumps before in the same spot but they have never been this prominent or long lasting.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some benign breast lesion. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology and after that if it is being you should go for lumpectomy.
