What Could Yellow, Ammonia Like Smelly Discharge From Vagina After Chilbirth Followed By Periods?

I gave birth two months ago... I have already had one period.. But I have a yellowish discharge that kinda smells like ammonia when on my panty liner... What is going on.. There is no itching no burning no cramps other than discharge my vagina has heals and is perfect... What is this My email is YYYY@YYYY

This condition can be due to lochia discharge after delivery which has got infected. Start an antibiotics course along with tranaxemic acids.
