What Cream Can Be Used To Removed Pimple Scars On Face?

i hv pimple scar on my face from last five year, although they hv faded to greater extent still scar impression is visible on a closer look .please advise me any creame to remove those faded scar impression on my face as i am geeting married in feb2014

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
If you are having a depressed acne scar ( like a crater), creams will not be of much help. You need to do procedures to elevate the scar. If it is a single scar, you could do subcision procedure. A needle is inserted below the skin after anaesthetising the skin and the scar bands are broken down. You may need 3-6 sessions at 4 weeks interval depending on the depth of the scar. Fraxel laser is another option.
