i am 20 yr old i have hyper pigmentation on chin what shall i do its from 5 yrs.. i have tried all creams and other treatments lik skin peel n ipl treatments

HI
u have melasma
it is due to hormonal imbalance ,drug,pills,heredity,sun exposure.
it can be controlled ,but not cured.
u need to take care of it for life
apply good sunscreen in day and skinlite cream at night
avoid direct sun exposure
