Hi,
I have gone through you query & understand your concern.
Labor pain at 286 weeks pregnancy needs to be taken care of carefully.
- Medications given to her seem to be good. Continue with them,
- Continue with bed rest, with probably raised leg end of the bed. See that her bowels are clear regularly, her digestion is good, there is no constipation or gasses.
- exclude urinary infection/ get her vaginal swab tested to exclude vaginal or pelvic infection./ If possible to get her scanned by portable USG machin, it will help to pin point exact cause of the pain.
_ if any thing from above is found, addition of suitable antibiotic & other medicines that are needful.. is suggested.
Thanks.
