What Damage Might Have Been Caused By Taking Overdose Of Potassium For Heart Problems?

I have been on 100 mqes of potassium for quite a while and last week through a mistake was told to take 200 mqes daily I have a pacemaker and have nine heart stent. The amount has been corrected now to just 30 MQEs daily. What damage might this have done or could it do. Thank you.
