What Diet Is Advisable For A Person With Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

I need to loose 10 lbs. I have ibs-d . I am 62 year old female. I walk and do pilates. I am havingtrouble cutting out starch carbs like potatoes because that is a go to food for me when my digestive track is outof whack. Also raw foods are not good either. I need a snack food that will help me with my ibs-d. Also a probiotic suggestion.
