What Diet Should Be Followed After Gallbladder Removal?

I just had my gallbladder removed. The Dr. said I need to cut fat out of my diet. Are olive, coconut & nut oils OK to use to cook with or use in salad dressings or are they bad fats? What % range is considered low fat on a label that is acceptable for my new diet & should I be worried about the fat % or saturated fat % or both?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take low fat diet. You can take meal in small amount. You don't sleep immediately after taking meal. Do exercise, do yoga in the morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
