General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are diagnosed as hyperthyroidism....

For that antithyroid medication like propylthiouracil can be prescribed

Hyperthyroidism could be from Graves like autoimmune condition or drug induced or hormone producing adenoma...
For reaching to the cause thyroid receptor antibody screening done by serological test and FNAC can be done....

According to report further management decided

You can consult nearby physician for examination and starting treatment if endocrinologist not available there

Hope your concern solved

Take care
