What Diet Should Be Taken In Case Of Mild Hepatomegaly?

Hi dr i am 53 years old female my liver ultrasound result is mild hepatomegaly w/ fatty change and my kidney has small calcification rt kidney at 3mm and calyceal fullness Left kidney. My sgpt is 153 sgot is 74.What food is safe for me and what food to avoid. I am prescribed to take essentialle forte3x aday, atorvastatin for my cholesterol and fenofibrate for my trigly. Am having back pain and .at my rt upper abdomen. Pls advice.
