my daughter is 6 years old.she complained of headache regularly,when she got checked her parameters came out as for right eye sph=nil.cyl=--1.5,axis=180,vision=6/9 & for left eye sph=nil,cyl=-.5,axis=180,vision=6/9.what does it mean?she has been prescribed to wear glasses.what dietary supplement she needs?

she is having astigmatism. so now she should go for specs. persuade her to use the specs constant ly except at bed time. she requeres counseling for constant use of specs. It being cylinder will not change every year.
