What Disorders Affect The Penis And How Can They Be Prevented ?

Hey, i am 18 years old. My foreskin retracts normally, although when it erect not so easily is this normal ? Also the second layer of skin which is expose when you retract the foreskin has pearly marks on it that do not wipe off. Is the due to excess build up of smegma or scarring from getting my foresking to retract ? Hope you can help. Thanks

When you get an erection at your age the skin can still be a little tight...this will change as you get a little older. You sound like you look normal...Don't worry!
