What Do I Do About Extremely Severe Scabbies Leading To Itchy Nodules And Bruises All Over The Body Despite Taking Ivermectin And Premethrin?

Hi, I ve been treated for scabies & still suffering 8 months later. I ve had Ivermecton & premethrin now twice. I got it doing elder care. I ve got insane itching, nodules, bumps, rash, bruising (not from scratching) & it likes my neck, face, scalp the best, but also thighs, legs, back etc... Also likes my ears inside & out & eyelashes & been losing hair. Fingernails, wrists & get swelling by fingers. Help. What do I do??
