What Do I Do About Low Antibody Levels, Sjogren S And Low IGM Levels After Prevnar And Pneumococcal 23 Vaccinations?

Recently a lab test to check on antibodies to the Pneumococcal Ab (23) was run. I was low in a number of the types. I am 69 and had my Prevnar shot in 2015 and my other 23 shot in July 2018. Everything I read says that I don t need any more shots but with my report showing 16 low results makes me question if I should receive shots again. I have Sjogren s and it is controlled with Plaquenel. I also consistently have low levels of IGM when the tests are run. I want to be protected but no where do I see information suggesting that I get another vaccine.
