What Do I Do With The Bump On The Head ?

Hi, im a 17 year old guy who is suffering from this bump on my forehead, you see i woke up and there it was so i know its not a bruise. its not that big but its noticeable it hurts when i touch it. i tried to pop it but only water comes out no puss or any white stuff what should i do?

just apply clear gel over it three times a day.
dont prick it.
take tab azithromycin 250 twice a day for 3 day
