What Do TSH Level Being 12.95 And Extreme Fatigue After Right Thyroid Removal Suggest?

I recently had the right side of my thyroid removed and a large nodule. Did bloodwork for 6week follow up 3 days ago. I just checked my lab results and the tsh level is 12.95. I am extremely exhausted since my surgery and have a constant twitching in my right cheek. I go back to the dr on wednesday. Does it sold like I may have hypothyroidism now?
