What Do UTI And Blood In Urine Indicate?

53, wm...had a uti in Feb w/ a lot of blood in urine. Blood work came back UTI. In May, I had another period of 4-5 days w/ a lot of blood in urine and again in Oct. In between, days of orangish or brownish color, but mostly standard yellow. Now, last 4 days of a lot of blood in urine, plus discharging particles. Small brown particles, squishy or rubbery. Past a good size one earlier today and now having another one which is in my urinary tract blocking the urine. No aches, pains, fevers, tiredness, just a slight discomfort in the belly are and a slight pressure below or behind sternum.
