What Do Abdominal Cramps, Dizziness And Increased Appetite Indicate?

Hellow Dr. My name is Enocencia age 23 years I had my last period on the 11 December 2015 and on the 01 January 2016 I started to experience some twinges and cramps on my right side of tummy, dizzy spells, exhaustion, craving salty or spicy foods and my appetite has increase too. My next period is expected on the 10 January 2016 so i was wondering if i was experiencing implantation or my PMSs?
